We’re taking NAMA down the road for one night at La Fuente Market. The five-course prix fixe menu brings Japanese technique into conversation with Mexican street food and Southern Oregon’s fall harvest: oysters michelada, matsutake huarache, ling cod tostada, pork shank korokke, and candy cap churros.
